Gregory J. Murphy has extensive experience in general civil litigation. His civil practice has included pretrial, trial and appellate proceedings in federal and state court and administrative proceedings in numerous areas. He has represented clients before the National Labor Relations Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Washington State Human Rights Commission and other state and local agencies. Mr. Murphy joined a prominent Tacoma law firm in 1986, and became a partner in 1993. He chaired its Labor and Employment Law Section for ten years.
